Shipping Terms
Whispirit ships to all 50 states. Orders originating from US territories will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. USPS does deliver to PO Boxes. USPS does not make deliveries on the weekend nor on any major United States holiday.
Most orders are processed within 72 hours. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. For in-stock items, please allow 3-7 business days for ground shipments to arrive. All applicable shipping charges will be added to your invoice. In the event that we cannot ship your complete order, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone.
Please contact our customer service department at 505-353-1844 to inquire about express shipping. Next day and second day air are available upon specific request. Exact shipping charges are not calculated until your order is prepared for shipment and are calculated by the exact weight of the order and insurance value. Shipping charges will be added to your total and agreed upon prior to billing.
Sales tax is charged to shipping rates when shipping within the state of New Mexico (currently 6.06% but subject to change).
Undeliverable packages are subject to $11.00 redelivery fee. Whispirit is not responsible for weather related delays.
